Participation in this raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The winner must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm. All firearm transfers will be conducted through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) and are subject to the successful completion of a background check in accordance with federal and state regulations.

If the winner fails to pass the required background check or is otherwise ineligible to legally receive or possess a firearm, the prize will be forfeited and no substitution or compensation will be provided. The Brian Arrington Campaign reserves the sole discretion to decline a firearm transfer for any reason, including concerns related to eligibility, legality, or campaign policy.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and certify that they are at least 21 years of age and lawfully eligible to own a firearm under applicable law.
