Committed to Change, Focused on Results

Our community is ready for leadership that doesn’t just talk about change—but delivers it. I’m committed to transforming the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office into a more effective, transparent, and community-driven department. That means confronting what’s not working, listening to the people we serve, and implementing real solutions that get real results. This is more than a campaign promise—it’s a blueprint for progress.

Equipment

Randolph County deputies are being asked to protect and serve with aging vehicles, unused equipment, and tools that have been left to collect dust—while taxpayer-funded resources sit idle or are outright wasted. From high-dollar systems that don’t work to gear left in closets for years, the current administration has failed to ensure that our officers are properly equipped to do their jobs. This is not just mismanagement—it’s a threat to public safety, and it’s time for change.

Training

Training saves lives and preparation matters. As your next Sheriff, I’m committed to ensuring every deputy in Randolph County receives realistic, hands-on training that goes beyond the minimum. From mandatory ALERRT active shooter response to advanced firearms proficiency for SROs, we are building a team that’s ready for any situation. Because when deputies are better trained, our communities are better protected.

Fleet Maintenance

Numbers tell the truth — unless the person holding the pencil decides to rewrite it.

The current administration says the Sheriff’s Automotive Shop is saving taxpayers money — but without independent verification, we don’t know if that’s fact or fiction.

As sheriff, I will bring in an outside, unbiased review to determine the shop’s true costs and value. Then I’ll share those findings directly with you, the taxpayers.

No spin. No cover-ups. Just the truth you deserve.

Jail Safety

The jail is one of the most critical responsibilities of the sheriff’s office. It must be staffed, trained, and supported properly to ensure safety for officers, inmates, and the community. As sheriff, I will keep jail positions in the jail, improve training, and make sure our detention center operates securely and efficiently.

Morale

One of the biggest issues facing our Sheriff’s Office is morale and morale starts with how we take care of our people. When officers feel supported, respected, treated equally, and fairly compensated, they are far more likely to stay and continue serving their community.
